In today’s digital age, the fact of adoptingan educational student-centered approach has resultedin educational institutions having to redefi nethe teaching and learning dynamics. In this context ofchange, the aim of this study was to analyse schoolleaders’ perception of the contribution of ICT to promotechange and innovation within the educationalpractice. To do this, the study is based on a methodologicaldescriptive design based on a survey. Amongthe conclusions, we highlight the need of teacherstraining in the pedagogical use of ICT as a strategy toimplement the change and innovation of educationalprocesses in schools.
